Great store and great staff! I had a few colours chosen and I was having a difficult time deciding between them. Cat and Jess were amazing at helping me figure it out. Customer service was professional, timely and some of the best I was dealt. I Will definitely be back!

Very bad experience in customer service the Ryan is like didn’t care after the sale I you made mistake it will uncover his true identity rude guy I will never recommend this branch,two girls with him also same they just like they never see you after the sale so frustrating dulux is a good brand but there employees like Ryan destroying there business.sorry but I’m just telling the truth. I saw a lot of reviews about poor customer service in this branch but the company didn’t do anything about it.

Very disappointed on costumer service especially to the guy ryan i bought a 5 gallon pale and he just let me carry it he know that im carrying some stuff he just like he never see me after the sale.he is a bit rude while talking to the customer.there is 2 girls also with him zero on customer service.i will not come back in this branch.never recommend either.dulux is good quality paint but there staff destroying there name.sorry but im just telling the truth.ive been in this branch for many times but this time its too much.

Have not done any painting in over 20 years. Went into the store in St. Albert today on a spur of the moment to gather some insight for painting two areas of the house. Both the young ladies were very helpful in answering all my nubie questions. They supplied helpful suggestions/recommendations and were knowledgeable in all products discussed. Thank you both. The prices for paint and equipment to do the job were quite reasonable.
Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Great staff! They made an error matching paints and when I took the gallon and quart back the next day they rectified the situation immediately and at no charge...all with a smile on their face and thanked me for my business. Outstanding customer service!

Decided to paint my new house and this is my first in life experience. Straight away headed to Dulux and I was greeted by a guy with the hair bun. He just made me walk through all the Color’s in their wall and got me exactly the same white I had imagined for my fence. He made me understand the shades and got me the right stain with amazing pricing through my AMA membership. Went again today for few more gallons for my fence and the way my order was handled was so consistent. I really appreciate how this guy remembered what I had bought and what I needed. I love visiting this store and would love to come back again! Thanks Matthew!

So I decided to fix blemishes on all my walls.... Went to Canadian Tire with a sample of the wall... got home.. painted.. it was horrible... different shade all together... However in Canadian Tires defence, they are a "Tire" place so my bad I guess...Not only was all those patches fixed and sanded with the "wrong" color but every room had patch work...So Sunday Feb.20/22 I decided to go to Delux Paints in St Albert since they were not closed yet... In such a desperate way, I approached the sales person there... (think his name was Nathan) with this teeny little piece of wall from behind my toilette.... not only was it teeny, but had so many different shades on there... I explained to him that regardless of that piece looking that certain shade that my actual wall was yellow..When sales person gave me the can with a painted spot on there, I thought to myself.... No way in hell is this gonna be the right colour... Well hell and behole..... that color he mixed for me was spot on PERFECT!! I couldn't believe how he came to that color with such a teeny piece of wall that didn't really reflect on the actual wall color... He listened to what I had to say.... I am so impressed !! This will now be my forever paint store :) Thank you so much... You saved alot of time and grief that I had in front of me !!!
