Had a good experience overall waited only 15 minutes past my allotted appointment time. Better than most Edmonton locations for sure. Blood draw went smoothly done in less than 5 minutes.

Service in the clinic is good and reliable I've never had to wait long with an appointment - it's like clockwork.
Unfortunately all parking requires the ownership of a smart phone and a data plan and downloading and installing an app. Having neither every time I go to get a blood test I'm gambling on whether or not I get a triple digit ticket. I've got to find a testing lab that doesn't require you to own a smart phone and have a data plan in order to get your testing done.

6:58 am Outside in rain stand ten plus people waiting for door to open. Two staff inside chatting and laughing won’t open doors. Very bad. They can see us.

A BAD REVIEW FOR YOU TODAY! I just got off from Precision labs to do blood works and ECG. I am a nurse in Sturgeon Hospital so i know those labs and how ECG works. This labtech namely Cindy, assisted me. I answersd her nicely and even praised how gentle her hands were when withrawing blood. She just looked at me and said nothing. Went to that room to do ECG, told me to remove my clothes waist up. I did. She came back and told me “pull your pants up to the knees” and told two more times in a higher tone of voice like upset coz she thought i didn’t understand her. I was just too slow moving. She asked infos while she is doing ECG and answered her with a low voice. While she is removing the leads she asked me “are you ok?” Of course i said i am ok even though i felt humiliated as a patient. And i told her i hope she will be ok. Then she knew i am upset of yer attitude and tried to talk it out and shaking, said, “sorry” and She even told me to give me a hug? I told her i have to go and closed the door and doesn’t want me to leave. I had to raise my voice so that she can open the door which she was blocking. I felt terrified i will not come out. This staff namely Cindy lack social skills and treated me disrespectfully.

Checked in online. Arrived 15 minutes before my time and checked in again. Still waited 25 minutes PAST my time (over an hour sitting in the waiting room). Lady said I was next. Called three more people before I went up again. Then they took me back. Likely she didn't actually check me in, but no mention of it or apologies and wasted a big portion of my afternoon.
Positive the last who did the draw was very good. No sting and quick.

Called and confirmed before getting here for my bloodwork and i entered at 6:31 pm requested many times to take me in but for being one min late she (Lena) did not take me in even though the whole place was empty and their hours are till 1900 h. Very disappointed.

They are now making you scan a QR code for parking and for appointments without any other options. When I asked for an alternative, I was told that i was being difficult. This is how a country dies.

Came here as a walk in and was out in 10 minutes. I have lots of anxiety with blood work but they did amazing!

Wait times are reasonable both by appointment and walk in. Staff are skilled, efficient, and kind. Bloodwork is quick and nearly painless, making the procedure a lot less anxiety inducing.

I have gone to this Dynalife location for bloodwork multiple times throughout my 3 pregnancies and I am always impressed by how kind and personable the staff here are. Walk in wait times have always been shorter than they estimate (usually between 30-45 mins) and I have never waited longer than 15 mins for scheduled appointments. Staff always make conversation while they work and do their job effortlessly. I will return to this location every time. Thank you Dynalife staff!

Aweful.What is the point of booking an appointment?!Appointment booked for 1600, arrival 1540.Still waiting. 1610, 10+ patients without appointments continue to go in.Would like explanation back as to what the point of booking is for.100% avoidable frustration.
