STAY CLEAR OF THE CAR WASH! During the drying cycle, the overhead closed down and scraped my rear window. I contacted Esso and then was contact by 7-11 insurance who told me they don’t accept liability for that and blamed me for it all.

Stay clear of their car wash. They definitely don’t filter the water… just took my new car for its first wash and came out with scratched and divots all over my windshield.

Im complaining about the touchless carwash that they have, coz it doesn’t clean good, Im showing a video to the male attendant around 3pm (Nov 13 2023) his rude, he told me that i dont need to show the video, and he cant do anything about it,, I always have my gas and a carwash on my company van on this station, but now ill change to other esso station

This is one of my favorite locations in St. Albert. I find the staff to always be helpful, attentive and funny. I will go out of my way to visit this location.

Please don't visit gas station. It's a messed up gas station the front employee it's very rude. They are big scammers.
