I went to buy a treat for my dog and paid $11. After opening it, my dog didn’t like it and wouldn’t eat even one bite. When I checked the expiration date, it said “Best before October 2025.”
I went back to the store to return it, but the staff said it’s still good for another two days and refused to take it back. I didn’t want to argue, so I left the bag with them and left the store.
Very disappointed with how they handled it — they’re selling products that are almost expired with no discount or warning. I will never give them even one star!

Esso is my top choice for fueling up, mainly because I can collect PC Optimum points on gas purchases! It’s such a convenient way to save while doing something I already need to do. The stations are always clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly. Plus, earning points quickly adds up to great savings on groceries and other essentials. Highly recommend Esso for anyone who loves combining convenience with rewards!

Today, I went to use my luxury car was(that I never get) and paid $15 for it. All the machine did was spray water and freeze on my car. I went in and the cashier said okay we will give you a rewash and I proceeded to ask her will it work. She said it should. So me, dragging my but across the busy parking lot went for a second try. SAME THING happened and when I went in a told her, her response to me was. Well sorry. When I asked about getting a refund I got told, well we gave you a rewash so that’s it. I was never offered my money back and honestly she then tried to argue with me.
I’m sorry but what the hell is wrong with people not being accountable. I would never lie and now my vehicle is worse off then it was.
Worst part is, no manager was there and truly I’m pissed. How many other people have they done this too?

Went for diesel. Max I could pre-auth at the pumps was $150. It's 2024 $150 buys about 3/4 of a tank. Not doing a second transaction at this location, I'll fuel somewhere else. Pump handle was slimy with diesel and being an Esso pump I'm glad it wasn't -30 because it's slow slow slow...
There was fresh washer fluid and the squeegee wasn't a POS so that was a plus.

Went last night to quickly buy water before going out and noticed my partner waiting in line for an abnormally long amount of time (2 kids in the store as well, one in line ahead of him). I waited 3 minutes and still nothing, so I call him to ask what the holdup was, and he said there was just no worker. I was confused and he said there was literally no one in the store, so I pulled in and walked inside to see for myself and yep, no one around, so I walk behind the till to the employees only room and see a lady sitting there on her phone. I say “hello??” And she turned around and I said to her “there are people waiting in line” and she snapped at me and said “well then they can use their words”. Are you kidding me??? Do you want to get stolen from??? 4 people in a store with absolutely no worker around, she should be grateful that no one stole from her. Unbelievable. More so a review for the employer to know that their employees don’t have an eye on the store! And get snappy when a customer requests to be served.

The broken car wash sign is at the machine where you put in the code and The buttons are missing on the machine. You have to go inside to get your ticket instead of telling you before you drive up to the car wash.

They are scammers. I saw the sign and it said 136.9, I went inside to pay and I asked how much it was just to be sure and the lady said 136.9 but when I got to the pump it read 145.9. I told the lady that she was wrong and they should fix the price and she started Hellas at me and saying I was lying. I asked for a refund and she says I pumped the gas already when I didn’t even fill my car up yet. I filled up what I prepaid and that’s it, I won’t be coming back to an on the run anytime soon especially not this one

Went here today for an in-store promo, the cashier Sydney is absolutely clueless and rude. I simply asked for a $75 visa card for the on the run promo. She spent 5 minutes trying to convince me they are no longer on the run despite a huge sign behind her, plus a huge sign on the building and on the road sign...She doesn't realize Esso is the gas business and convenience is on the run. Super funny when she was trying to point to her Esso logo on shirt. Essos can be 7/11 or circle k as well. Doesn't mean they aren't also esso lolI can see why there are such bad reviews for this gas station
