Friendly and helpful staff. September is extremely knowledgeable. I appreciated her taking the time to answer my questions and giving suggestions with a sewing project I was starting. Excellent customer service! Thank you

The older gal with glasses was extreamly patronizing and rude. Its clear from the reviews that im not the only person who felt this way. Didn't get a hello or anything when we walked in and the one interaction we had together she was stern cold and rude, treated us like we were a nucense. The staff were all joking and talking amongst themselves and the second she talked to me, their tone took a 180. She clearly wanted us gone so they could go back to talking.
I'm honestly surprised how they manage to stay in buisness when they treat their customers so poorly.
Won't be shopping at this location which probably makes the staff happy, since they will have more time to chit chat without customers bothering them.

Staff more interested in Chatting amongst themselves than helping customers, one staff member was too busy using a bottle of water pressed to her brow trying to cool down that process my payment

I'll be honest I am not a huge fan of most fabrics here....BUT notions, batting and basic fabrics like fleece, sure! And when they have a sale, for sure yes!
