I have known Blaine for years though I never used him as a mechanic till my other mechanic passed away ,, so far he has been great ,, make sure it is Blaine .. His rates from my experience has been. about 30% less than most Mechanics and so far very pleased with his work .. a little drive but well worth it again ask for Blaine..

We're a Honda and Subaru family and have taken 3 generations of vehicles to Greg and Blaine at Factory Auto. Quality work, nice guys and fair prices so we'll keep coming back whether it's for troubleshooting or regular maintenance.

Went in for a quote and the guy there acted like I was an inconvenience. He never got back to me with a price. When I called them the phone rang at least 20 times and still no answer. Horrible customer service.

BUYERS BEWARE! Went in for routine work. Received car week later car was running rough and not starting. Towed back. 3 weeks later not fixed. They told me a bunch of lies saying what they think the problem was. I got mad towed it out. Took to Sinclair Auto in St Albert. Sinclair had the car back to me in 3 days and fixed! It turned out Factory auto unplugged 3 sensors and half ass plugged computer in. Went back to Factory auto to see if they would pay at least diagnostic charge and why they don't put things back when they work on something. "We didn't touch that" "I'm not paying you a dime" of coarse they would say that! Sign says we work on all years and models. That's a big BS! DONT GO TO FACTORY AUTO. TAKE IT TO A REAL MECHANIC SHOP
