Ma Isabel was amazing at helping our daughter get her first loan so she could purchase a vehicle! Super easy, she explained everything fully, her options, and how the loan would work! Very satisfied and would recommend her to anyone!!

Received an unsolicited call from this office by a rude and unprofessional person who made accusations about me for no reason. I've had no business dealings with this branch ever so the call was unwarranted.
The person calling was upset that I was not interested in doing business with them and blamed me for her not being able to do her job.
Wholly unprofessional.
