“TIX on the Square is a unique shop in Edmonton. They're a great resource for finding out what is happening in the city as well as a gift shop for unique Edmonton made goods. They stock an enormous amount of local goods.The staff is helpful, kind, and professional. The store is easily accessed from the pedway system and has elevator access.There's rotating events and displays from different makers so there's always something new to see at TIX.”
“Everything is super cute and fairly reasonably priced. Definitely pricier than the store in China but that’s expected. I especially like their jewelry, they are made of sterling silver so it doesn’t tarnish easily.”

“Kawaii Alley has an awesome collection of Sanrio and San-X items. I was trying to purchase the my number 1 favorite plush of hello kitty and my melody but when I tried entering my shipping address it kept saying it doesn’t ship to me even though they ship anywhere in Canada. So, I reached out to Kawaii Alley and the owner Lily responded quickly and was able to help me out. Lily was so lovely and very helpful. My plushies came in and I’ve added them to my collection. I will definitely purchase from them again ??”

“If you haven’t shopped here yet, you should immediately.
I was hoping to order a Jellycat polar bear but according to their website, it could not be shipped to BC. In a desperate attempt, I submitted a help form on their website to see if there was any way I could order it through email or by phone.
I was fortunate enough to receive a quick response from the owner, Jenny. The reviews about how wonderful she is are definitely no exaggeration. Jenny was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to assist me with ordering.
She provided me with phenomenal customer service. She was friendly, quick, and genuine... Something that is so hard to come by these days. You can tell she has a passion to make people smile, and I could tell all of this just through emails and a quick phone call. (Shows a lot about her fantastic character!)
I received a shipping quote by email (Canada post) and was advised to call the store to order, so I did. Whoever answered the phone was not Jenny, but she was also incredibly sweet. When I got a hold of Jenny, she knew who I was when I told her, and was delightful to speak to on the phone. The bear was delivered in just a few days, and was packaged nicely in a heavy duty box and even included the signature Jellycat blue canvas bag. (Not all stores provide the bag, so this was an incredibly great surprise considering I had no idea how the bear would be packaged as I was too eager and forgot to ask.)
