Yesterday, I walked into the north doors of HB to look for a clothing item for my daughter.Within 2 min, I was greeted by a well-dressed gentleman who directed me to a polite and helpful girl.When I was done my shopping, I noticed a bathroom not far from the entrance I walked in from.The smell at the urinal was so bad that I held my breath and got out as quickly as I could.For such a nice store, you would think the bathrooms would be kept clean.I haven't seen an unkept washroom like this in a long time.Cheers.
