When I go I usually choose to do self check out because it’s faster and I don’t have to talk to anyone I can get in and out, everytime I go in there’s always someone pushing their deal of the day. I personally go to self check out so I specifically don’t have to make pleasantries with a cashier. I’m not sure what she does in the store but I asked Carmel for help one time and she was one of the rudest employees I’ve dealt with

There tech service center claims to repair laptops but they don't. They just tell you what you told them that was wrong with it and say they can't fix it, but charge 50$ for that useless service. No options no, nothing. But they did ask if they could "trash" my laptop for me. By the way i fixed my laptop in two minutes after looking it up myself. Terrible place.

What is the point of having a postal outlet INSIDE London Drugs if they operate at different hours than London Drugs? So people can sit around for an hour waiting at your dumb store, seething at your stupidity, and leave bad reviews? YOU GOT IT!

Best customer service - Hands down!! Knowledgeable, helpful staff member in electronics helped me choose a great pair of headphones as a Christmas gift for my 13 year old. Gentleman even thanked me for my business ?♥️ Can't remember the last time anyone's done that ?♥️
