“Amazing staff at this location, had to go in a couple times to exchange some things and Lincoln at the front desk has always been very professional and helpful, today we had to call a manager for a specific request and Abigail was more than happy to make it right. Whoever's doing the hiring at this location is doing a fantastic job the customer service for Mark's at this location is second to none.”

“I had such a great experience shopping at Vans recently, all thanks to two amazing associates Katie and Collette! From the moment I walked in, they were both super welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful.
I wasn’t entirely sure what I wanted at first, but Katie took the time to ask me about my style and what I was looking for. She gave me honest opinions (which I really appreciated) and even pointed out a few styles I wouldn’t have considered but ended up loving. Collette was just as awesome as she made sure I got the right fit, checked sizes quickly, and kept the energy positive and fun the whole time.
They made the whole shopping experience feel relaxed and personal, not rushed or pushy at all. Honestly, it felt more like hanging out with a couple of cool friends who just happen to know everything about shoes!

“I absolutely had to write a review for this place I have never had such an incredible experience finding a bra. I have been struggling to find my size for so long. I didn’t catch the name of who helped me but they were so kind, patient, and helpful. I was able to get sized and tried on several bras and I was able to get input on each one which really helped me because I am very uneducated on what to look for. I walked out of there with the perfect bra and perfect sizing and just overall amazing customer service. I felt they were so honest and helpful and i would 100% recommend this store to anyone who has a hard time finding bras that fit. the price definitely made me a little nervous but i think overall it was a good investment and I will definitely be coming back when I have more time.
