It was the first time buying a custom suit, so we had lots of questions, and they were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and never made us feel rushed. They took the time to explain everything and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. The quality of the suit is amazing, and the fit was absolutely perfect. Seeing my son wear it on his graduation day made it even more special. I can't recommend Indochino enough. If you're looking for a suit and exceptional customer service, this is the place to go!”

“I bought a pair of heat wave sunglasses, and my puppy chewed off the nose piece. I stopped by jobsite workwear and spoke with Kelly in November 2025. I checked in periodically to see if she was able to get the part from heat wave. She always was kind and patient with me as it was a special order. I checked in today and Kelly told me she had tried multiple times to get a hold of heat wave which was unsuccessful. In the end, she took a nose piece off one of her stock glasses and give it to me so I was satisfied for the meantime, which is excellent customer service. Highly recommend this place for somebody to look after you and your workwear needs. Also an opportunity to support a local business!”
