I had to go in for an ultrasound, and from the moment I walked in I was greeted promptly and the reception and waiting area was very clean. Kiarra was very informative and easy to talk with, she is definitely an asset to this location.

I really wish that I remembered the name of my US tech today because she was absolutely AMAZING!!! She LISTENED to me and understood my fears AND respected them. She’s my newest bestie even if she doesn’t know it ??? We did girl math (yes, I got all 3 pastries, cannolis, and slammed them. I have zero regrets.) Move….get out the way, get out the way. Thank so so much for making me feel comfortable.
Also, I was miserably hungry and had to pee (obvs for my type of US) and the wait time at 3:45PM was barely anything so 10/10 for the front desk staff as well!!!

Don't know how I'd rate this beside the staff at front and nursing assistants go they are fabulous never had any issues except the Dr doing my injections into both hands I've had this Dr probably 4 times in the last 4 years Don't know his name I believe he is English whatever he is doing doesn't work I remember him because I get no pain relief my hands are actually worse after he done never again If he is my Dr performing my injections I'll walk out I'm so not happy ?

I went for an ultrasound here on July 17 for my first early pregnancy scan. The radiologist was completely uncompassionate when it came to telling me that there was no heartbeat. Professionalism doesn't mean you lose your compassion for people, maybe he needs to take a sensitivity class

Been here multiple times! Super clean amazing space. Vanessa at the front is always so welcoming and kind. Would definitely recommend this place!

Absolutely disgusting place to be at I was treated poorly by the management and by the staff there I would definitely not recommend this place To anyone. We waited so long to find out the gender of our child obviously didn’t happen. I would absolutely not recommend this place is better off to go to St Albert drive a bit longer and get treated well by the staff.

Whatever time it says on the door for walk-ins take off 30 to 45 min. They are always packing up WAY WAY before close time.
