There is a great selection, but the store is very cluttered. Someone with mobility issues would have a very difficult time, especially if they need mobility aids.

I've had the pleasure of visiting Michael's several times, often with my wife, but recently, I've been stopping by on my own to select items for my daughter's grave. During my last visit, Cindy, a compassionate employee, took the time to assist me in making some meaningful choices. I truly appreciate her kindness and expertise. Tonight, when I returned to pick up a package from the Purolator side, Cindy recognized me and took the time to chat with me again. Her exceptional customer service will be the reason I keep coming back. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for her warmth and dedication. She's an asset to the Michael's team!

This is by far my favourite Micheal's in the Edmonton area! They always have what I'm looking for and the employees are always friendly and willing to help! Sheila was pleasant to talk with and very informative! Every experience at this location is a positive one!
