Excellent, timely and affordable service! Had our truck in the shop at Midas - they were able to complete a CV axle replacement, front and back brake pads and rotors, balance our tires and do a full oil change all on the same day we dropped it off after having some concerns. London communicated in a timely manner and had great customer service. Will definitely be back for any of our vehicle needs!

First… I couldn’t find my phone and they took the time to look for it in my vehicle even though it was in my purse and they also called my phone so that I would know where it was. A major plus with me that is kindness in its true form.
2….As I sat there without looking at my phone I noticed that everybody that came in London Who owned the establishment was one of the kindest individuals I have met in a very long time very personable and did a total vehicle analysis on my vehicle and didn’t charge me $150 like the last place.
3… For $45 they put a plug in my tire and rotated my tire. I watched the whole thing from sitting inside their shop..
4…. Smiles Conversation and the ability to make everybody that they met feel like they were part of a family. I will take my business here always because it makes a difference with me that people are kind and people treat you like human beings and not just something to make money off of. I also noticed that Landon took a hit for a lot of money with the people that came in to get their vehicles. Like wow when you don’t look at your phone and you pay attention to the things around you and what people do you get the feeling that you know these people for who they are. Good people kind people and honest people. I would definitely recommend this establishment to everybody and anybody because they are busy, 24 seven. Thank you Midas for a very eye-opening experience and giving me faith in Repair shops again.

It was a positive experience. No one was pushy. Got the $80 oil change price for the month of January. This came with synthetic oil. My car felt better to drive once they took a look at it and cleaned up a few things that needed attention.

They stayed 1.5 hr past closing time to finish valve cover gasget and a bunch of other work! Didnt increase qoute costs with all the extra time they needed.

Awesome honest professional service at the St. Albert Midas store. Always updated me while my vehicle was at the shop. Service was done on time as promised. They called before they performed any of the work that was needed upon their inspection. Fair pricing and special offers always. A shout out to London. Needed TPMS sensors fixed on 2010 Ford Escape. It was explained the parts that were required, the programming needed, the cost and how long it would take. Everything worked out according to plan. I was very happy with the service. The young man on the service counter was very knowledgable about wheels and tires and their related problems.
