Tara is amazing and makes you feel like family! It’s not just a transaction for her and wants the best for you. Rachael was our agent for the finalization of our new home and she made such a stressful situation so easy and took care of everything and gave the reassurance we needed during the fast and crazy process. I worked with Leanne at Mortgage Architects: Tara Borle. She was exceptional. She walked my wife and I through our options and worked to understand our situation before we made an offer. Once we did have an offer accepted, we were presented with several options, some of which I didn't realize were even available, and Leanne found us a great rate with a reputable lender. When it started to get a little stressful, Leanne was patient, kind and most importantly, reassuring. Because of her professionalism, expedience and experience we were able to move through the process in what felt like record time. Leanne is easy to talk to, flexible and understanding. It is hard to find service this dedicated. Skip the bank, and go to Leanne/Mortgage Architects. The money, time and stress it saved me was simply awesome.

An easy 5 stars and more. Tara and her team are by far the best mortgage brokers. They helped me get 2 properties in one year! They have helped me start my rental property business and I look forward to working with them in the future to reach my potential for more rental properties.

Tara and Rachael helped us with getting a mortgage for our house. They were great to deal with, always available to handle questions and concerns, and did not change their level of service even when I informed them that I wanted to compare their rates with my bank for due diligence. They were also still able to give me a better rate than my bank was offering and I appreciate how clear they were with the process as soon as we decided on what we wanted.
Overall a fantastic experience which alleviated a lot of the stresses of getting a mortgage.
10/10 would recommend and I will be using them in future come renewal time.

I forgot to write the review, but wanted to add how amazing Tara and her team was in helping us with mortgage a few years ago. They are professional, offer excellent service, and genuinely seemed to care. We had so many questions and were filled with anxiety, Tara and Rachael were very patient and made everything make sense! I would highly recommend them.
We will likely reach out again around the time for renewal.

Tara and Leanne have both been very helpful so far in my mortgage application process. They have excellent customer service skills, are very experienced in what they do, and are an overall delight to talk too. Highly recommend giving them a try over the bigger brokers, you wont be dissapointed.
