Great store. Usually always have what I need or can get it delivered from main warehouse in a day or two. Knowledgeable staff. Sale prices could be better but this specific location has always treated me well.

Civic with 1.8 l engine requires 33lbf-ft of torque for pcv valve which is not much and while in the process of tightening it before it even reach to 33lbf, pcv snaps. Went to the store the next day only to be told that it's not cover by the Warranty and it was installation error.

Great guys. Changed out my tires for winter. Ran into a snag but was able to fix it and didn't charge me extra. Even showed me what the issue was. Would definitely go there again for any service.

Went in to get some advice on lug nuts for my car. Had kind of looked up what I needed beforehand. Guy at the desk couldn't confirm they would fit or actually find ones that he could say would fit but said he'd order the ones I thought I needed in for Friday. Surprisingly, never received a call and when I called in to ask where they were no one had any idea what I was talking about. Went to the west end one instead and the girl working there was able to confirm what I needed and sell it to me on the spot. Will not be back to this location.

Grate place to pick up parts, the parts guy here are really helpful, and on the ball when it come to the customer needs. Had an awesome experience with Scott Jenko thank you for all your help.

Absolutely wonderful experience . I needed a new belt and alternator for my 1990 toyota and they had the parts in less then a week . Both fit perfectly fine and my car is back up and running . Thanks guys .

Definitely my least favourite Napa I’ve been too. Bad service EVERY time I come in and very unhelpful I just choose to drive into north edmonton instead now

There’s no formal structure on ordering parts. I Ordered a hub bearing assembly for an AWD Lexus and after the order being delayed because of a mixup on their part, once it came in the part was for a RWD car. Should’ve gone to Lexus, the part is a $50 difference.

Scott went out of his way to find the radiator I was having trouble finding. He called the distributor and found another radiator that would do the job. Amazing. Napa give this guy a pay rise.

Good Staff and service. Even had parts IN STOCK for my vintage truck. Got it back up and running and on the road. These guys were friendly and helpful in looking up several parts. Much Appreciated!

They have been doing okay for me. But twice now, I've had to personally follow up on the arrival of a part because a team member did not call me (I did leave contact information when the order was placed)It seems like they order parts and then place them somewhere and forget about it. Even though, I was told I would be called when it arrived.Yesterday I ordered a part that would take a few hours to procure from their warehouse at 2PM, and no call for the rest of the day. Keep in mind the store is open till 6. And now today, I had to call to confirm it is there and pick it up.Can this store actually make a system to call customers back? That would make things better.
