First off, I bought a cat water fountain from there two months ago. It stopped working, so I came in to return it. The lady who worked there was helpful and even convinced me to get a different one that was more expensive, but it was 10% off. She opened the box in the store and confirmed that everything was in it, so I was happy and left. Later, I get home to find it's missing items!! My husband tried to come in and say I'd like the missing items, and they said that's the reason it's 10% off. But had we known that it was missing items, I wouldn't have gone for that one or grabbed the filters that were needed.
The 10% off sticker says not as cute on the outside but still cute on the inside. False it's missing items.
I think it's bullsh*t that they are selling things at a discounted price with items missing but confirming everything is there when it's not and not properly informing people they might need these items.
It was reg price $54.99 with a 10% discount that saved us $5.49 but they want us to buy the filters for $8.99 how are we saving money? Such a rip off
Extremely rude. Don't trust them; they are giving discounts but not really because you'll end up having to buy more in the long run.
And the person my husband spoke to was rude and not willing to help, basically told him to get out and threw the box at him. When I called, she was rude and unwilling to help.
Will not be going back to this location. Poorly staffed with uneducated kids.

The ladies at Pet Valu tonight are truly Angels in disguise what they did for me was above and beyond having 11 4 week old pit bulls to feed is a big task an when I couldn’t afford it they personally pitched in an bought me 3 bags of puppy food an some pumpkin purée for the momma I can’t thank you enough!!!! Super friendly staff that genuinely love pets. What more do you need? They have a nice washbooth if your pet gets into the mud. A great selection of food and toys. Sign up for points and discounts. The store is pet friendly. Thanks for being so kind! Charlie loves to visit you guys.
