After having awful service at the Kingsway location, I didn't have high hopes. I don't generally shop at reitmans often but I needed work pants. The ladies there were super helpful, attentive, grabbed me correct sizes. I'll have to make a habit of coming here more often

Just came from a very disappointing experience at Reitmans St. Albert location. I brought a shirt back to exchange due to faulty stitching (sleeves, front chest area and along the sides), I noticed these flaws the first time I wore the sweater and decided to return it for exchange. When trying to do so the shift manager was refusing to do the exchange because I had worn the sweater saying I could have caused the damage. The damage was clearly a stitching issue, there was no stain or anything like that, I clearly could not have caused it. My husband asked if there was someone else we could talk to and she said no just her (I really doubt she is the head manager as she is terrible with customers). She then suggested we try at a different store- ok so is it policy or not? I insisted saying that I do most my shopping there and am surprised they are giving me hard time about exchanging one sweater (if they checked my history it’s the only exchange I’ve ever made). I wasn’t looking for a refund, just a product I can be proud to wear. She finally relented and agreed to do the exchange. Her behaviour and tone was very passive aggressive, and seemed to impact the other sales representative who became rather silent towards us. When thanking her for doing the exchange she answered with silence. Where is the care for the customer experience? My husband worked retail for 18 years and left so upset at the way we had been treated as did I. I almost never write reviews but this one is a well deserved one star.

Very pleasantly surprised with the styles and options while shopping here today. Was able to find a good amount of clothing and the staff were super helpful. Even held the clothes I picked out for an hour and a half in the change room while I went to my hair appt until I could get back.
I will be back for sure thanks!

They are so nice here. Just really pleasant to deal with. Especially when shopping for clothes is not my favorite thing.Clearance prices are ok.Regular prices are a bit beyond my current budget. ($45 for pants…) but maybe ok for others.

I agree with some of the other reviewers that this store is in sad need of customer service protocol. I was not made to feel welcome or valued in this store and went away feeling slighted and disappointed not to mention empty handed.Also the windows in this store are the dirtiest windows in this whole mall. Come on Reitmans get it together.

I’ve shopped here three times now and will NOT be returning to this location. The manager was beyond rude and had an attitude. She wouldn’t give me the time of day when trying to do a return. Went to another location and they did it with zero issue. As someone who works in customer service this manager has zero customer respect.

My mother recieved amazing service during our visit to the store yesterday (01/25/21). After a friendly greetings and being welcomed we were taken to the exact location of what my mom asked for. The lady who was helping us was knowledgable, made suggestion, and was overall very patient and friendly. We will be returning for all of my mom's shopping needs. Thank you.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming.. they offer advice and help .. they sanitize the fittings room after each use of the area .. and they helped me to order my size online... thank you so much

Wont be returning. Customer service needs to improve walking around looking at clothes have a few items to try on not even a hello did you want me to take these into fitting room very disappointing and this not the retimans store this has happened at.
