I was hoping to order a Jellycat polar bear but according to their website, it could not be shipped to BC. In a desperate attempt, I submitted a help form on their website to see if there was any way I could order it through email or by phone.
I was fortunate enough to receive a quick response from the owner, Jenny. The reviews about how wonderful she is are definitely no exaggeration. Jenny was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to assist me with ordering.
She provided me with phenomenal customer service. She was friendly, quick, and genuine... Something that is so hard to come by these days. You can tell she has a passion to make people smile, and I could tell all of this just through emails and a quick phone call. (Shows a lot about her fantastic character!)
I received a shipping quote by email (Canada post) and was advised to call the store to order, so I did. Whoever answered the phone was not Jenny, but she was also incredibly sweet. When I got a hold of Jenny, she knew who I was when I told her, and was delightful to speak to on the phone. The bear was delivered in just a few days, and was packaged nicely in a heavy duty box and even included the signature Jellycat blue canvas bag. (Not all stores provide the bag, so this was an incredibly great surprise considering I had no idea how the bear would be packaged as I was too eager and forgot to ask.)
I hope you’ll give this wonderful gift shop a try, as there truly is something for everyone in it, and you’ll have a wonderful experience as well. Thank you again Jenny!

The cutest little store! I couldn’t believe the variety of merchandise - the perfect place to get a gift for anyone! Pricing was very fair as well, which I don’t tend to expect in little locally-owned shops like this! Staff were friendly and greeted/seemed to know every customer that walked in. A true little gem in St. Albert ♥️

Stopped in today looking for a pair of Glerup slippers. I had checked online and knew they didn't have the size I was looking for in the color I wanted, but I thought I would check in person anyways. Glad I did! It was suggested I give a size larger a try since I was there, and it fit well. Hooray! New Glerups purchased in the latest cranberry color
