Excellent fuel quality and well maintained station. Clean facilities and have professional staff. I experienced good customer service every time I visit. I used the car wash service and was happy with the results. I would say one of the best fuel stations in terms of reliability and safety.

The customer service is very bad....the person working there was rude.There was change in price on the tag of the chap stick and I asked him to give it for the price shown in the tag ,he asked me to give a complaint . It was his mistake and his behavior was rude.

Just spent $100 for fuel but travelling customers can't get in to use the bathroom at 1050pm

Tried this touchless car wash in Shell Erin Ridge for the first time and I can say that I am satisfied with the result. I will definitely coming back so I’ve registered to the monthly subscription.

I can echo the words of all of the commenters by also verifying that the staff here are so kind and helpful! A lady here mentioned that due to her disability Harman helps her whenever she visits the site, I have personally experienced and seen this myself! I sometimes have a hard time reaching over to enter in the code for the car wash and without fail every single time I’ve seen one of the staff members run out to come assist me, I’ve seen them come out to help elderly customers fuel up their gas, a friend of mine needed to buy a whole bunch of 2L of pop and she was so happy when the staff helped her carry all the pop bottles to her car so she wouldn’t have to do it by herself on multiple trips. They really put in the extra effort
