I tried to buy a car wash here and walked in and the cashier was on his cell phone talking to someone so I walked around the store thinking I’ll give him a chance to wrap up his conversation and after five minutes, I approached him again and he was still on his phone and just plainly ignored me so when I left, he just smiled and waved at me .

No sign up at entrance to their car wash showing prices, only 'we will charge for all the time you are in the car wash'. And that they did and then some.
When using the rinse setting the soap contunued to disperse for several minutes. I was unable to get vehicle rinsed properly because of this. They said I was in there for 18 minutes and only charged me for 15 minutes because of the soap issue. I doubt I was in there for 10 minutes. I could have used a 'full service car wash' for about the same $$ or less.
I used another self service car wash near the airport the next day and it was about half the cost.
I did the survey posted on my receipt. The receipt didn't even have the correct store/location number on it to do the survey. I had to take a guess.
Shell corp was supposed to make contact with me in a couple of days of completing the survey. I never heard anything back from them. Because of my experience at this St. Alberta Shell car wash I won't be returning and I will be taking my business elsewhere!

Stopped for a quick wash from outta town. Was disappointed to find out the crash wasn’t registered with the Shell Go app. You receive a ticket when entering and park in a vacant stall inside a heated building. Once done; you take your lunch ticket to the cashier in the convenience store to pay (depending on time spent in the building). The price was less than I expected, only complaint is that it took 4-5 minutes for the soap to dissipate once selecting rinse.

Last time when i pumping Gas here i was charged twice!! And the workers here didn’t help me!!! I was charged 50 bucks!!!!

If I could give no stars I would. We got gas then used the self serve car wash, used the wand for like 5 minutes and spent time checking the brake lights cause they weren't working. There's no signage anywhere that it's a $1 a minute. When we went to pay it was 23$, for something that should have cost 5$. We got it down to $15 after complaining a bunch, but it really should only cost the amount your using the hose and things, like it used to be. You pay coins for a certain amount of time to use. Worst experience ever. Do not go here for a car wash, or you'll be paying the amount it would cost for a touchless car wash, absolutely horrible.

Carwash Review - bays are clean, but no spot free rinse... Kind of a staple for a car wash if you don't have water softeners installed. Good enough for a quick n dirty spray down, good pressure at least

My 85 year old dad and I stopped at this gas station to use the washroom. I parked close to the door as my dad needs a walker and the store attendantMr B. was kind enough to help open the door for my dad. He was polite and had a great smile. The bathroom was clean and big enough for my dads walker. Thank you for your kindness.
