I had a fantastic experience at this store! I went in with a problem from a different location, and the staff were incredibly helpful in finding a solution. They really went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. It's rare to find such great customer service these days. Highly recommend this place!

My family and I have been going here for years. Over the last month the service has been horrific. Every time I go in there they argue with me that a policy has changed which would be fine until the staff decides to decline your discounts that you get through direct buy. Furthermore there is never consistent education, each time I go in there they tell me a different roller for the same project from the same staff member.

Terrible customer service. I went in to get a container of paint. Had the name, colour combo, etc but from a different company. I’ve done this at two other store in town before and they whipped up a batch of paint no problem. The lady just said nope can’t help you and that was that, she didn’t even offer and suggestions. I suggest getting your paint elsewhere.
