We had a gift coupon to use at Sleep Country and opted to use it at the St. Albert Sleep Country. It was a great decision. The manager (DTN) was great. He was friendly and professional and worked with us to ensure we got exactly what we needed. He made recommendations to my wife about what bedding to get and why and she really appreciated the extra attention. Felt valued as customers. I highly recommend this store. We will use it for any future purchases.

We have purchased all our mattresses here for the last 10 years and not once will I say we had bad service. Purchased 4 years ago was my last mattress and needed to get a warranty exchange was relatively easy to do and yet again the service was fabulous. Highly recommend this location

Bought a foam adjustable 10 months ago. Split in half. Company refused warranty claim based on a superficial coffee stain. Go elsewhere.

We have been buying all our mattresses from sleep country in St. Albert for a long time now. My husband and I went in tonight to buy a new mattress and accessories. As always the customer service was amazing! Brent was really helpful in guiding us and he was incredibly informative. Thanks Brent for all your help! Had to exvhange a mattress got a month ago not enough support.Found one better for.me straight exchange .kept boxspring just changed mattress.No problem at allNow the best for me to sleep on

So, I wrote 2 emailsto the email address provided in the response to my initial review. And well over a month later, I have heard nothing from anyone at sleep country. So much for doing better. Not impressed. I guess it us about making the sale.

Above and beyond customer service. I had ordered some products online and they simply weren’t what I had expected (different colour shade and not the right feel). Brent at the St Albert store helped me find the perfect alternatives and sorted out the exchanges with zero trouble. Will skip the online shopping next time and just head right to this store.

My wife and I are very pleased with our mattresses, We had originally ordered online from Amazon, after two days we decided to ship it back, we were not happy with the comfort/quality. We decide to go to Sleep Country so that we could test out a mattress in person before buying it. Although it was money than what we had ordered online we fill that it was well worth the extra cost.
