Booked a test drive with Bob and he was too busy to help us and instead we got to talk to another associate who clearly didn’t know anything about the vehicle and had to wait 15 minutes to do so.Test drove it, was fine until we got back and tried to test the command start. When it didn’t work we tried starting the car and it wouldn’t start, then lights started coming on. The associate came outside and let us know after our test drive that the battery is dead and he would need to boost it. Thankfully we didn’t stop else where left stranded.Got inside and said we were still interested but would like to talk price. Waited a while for the associate to come out with added extra fees that were never previously disclosed. $699 for anti theft and $999 cleaning fee! Something we definitely weren’t interested in but was told was non-negotiable for whatever reason? The listed price was $26,477. But with all the extra hidden non-negotiable fees made it almost $30,000!What a waste of time and what terrible customer service. I do not recommend. If you test drive their 2017 Honda CRV just be ready to fork out a few extra thousand.

I've no issues with taking my vehicle to St.Abert Honda, friendly service, when I arrived I was told it would be about 2 hours I'd be there 2 hours later I was on my way.

I went 1 week ago today to look at a Used SUVthat I liked.I met up with the salesman very kind friendly he was after a few minutes he had his sales Manager talk to me briefly took a copy of my D.L wrote down my SIN# , income ,expenses e.t.c that was it from him never seen or heard from him & after 5 minutes the finance manager came & introduced himself and ask me to join him in his office. O.k now again he took all my info to which just 5 minutes prior the salesmanager did.O.k now after all the paperwork as well applying for a loan online he was trying to which he informed me it will take a bit more time and for me to go home and he will call me the next day. I waited until Yesterday no phone call no email so I put a call in for the G.M to call me in which 15 minutes later he did. I explained everything to him & he was not pleased that I have not gotten no reply from the finance manager. The G.M informed he that he will look into my complaint then get back to me the same day . Surprise it is now Thursday 6:58 p.m& no one as called me. I will not reccomend anyone dealing with this dealership as all they do is talk but no real action is taken.

Not a good experience. We bought a 2019 Honda CRV and had been told it had a block heater, left side mirror sensors and no damage. It did not have a block heater, the left side mirror sensor does not work and damage on the underneath back of the car is present. We also stated the heat did not work well, went for a 200$ exam (they did refund it and put in a block heater) but said that the heat was fine!!.. Went to speedy glass and they checked and they hadn’t ever changed the filter …. It was covered in rocks and sticks. So much of a hassle to deal with all of this

This is the worst dealership, they are liars, they lied about the financing, they lied about the 10,000 extra's that were not applied (I have the proof) Be very wary of this place 9 months and they still owe me a windshield, I have to travel there when it can easily be done from where I am from. Don't trust Bob, he also lied about the condition of the vehicle, lied about things working that were faulty. Engine light came on twice and they cleared the history and told me they could not replicate it. Thanks to a jeep dealership, it was finally fixed. Still so many issues and on the hook for 55,000, purchase price 26,000 and they still have yet to tell me where the 20,000 in extras are as everything was included. I have asked for their "working copy" of this transaction and they will not send that either. Valentine, one of the GM's is and continues to be hard to deal with. This sale is was fraudulent. I specifically ask the finance lady Viktoriya Shklyaruk why the number 44,00 was so high. she put her arm on my shoulders and said oh no you dont have to worry about that number it's this one 33,000, like a fool I assumed it was the financing cost, I will never forget the lump in my throat when I checked borrowell and they financed 44,000 for a 2017 used vehicle. These people play a sick game, from the shop manager to the GM to the finance manager. This is not the first vehicle I bought but will be the last time I ever think to consider sending anyone there.
