Rooms: Rooms were clean and well kept. Could use a refresh. Some equipment needs to repaired.

Here now. Booked for 4 adults, 2 kids pet friendly. Good thing I brought an air mattress because we are in a standard room. First room was filthy so they moved us to a room not much cleaner and the heater does not work. Hot tub is luke warm. I have stayed here many times over the years and quality has declined so much this is probably the last time I stay here.

Brieanna is one of the most disrespectful people i have ever met in my life and brings down this great establishment if there was any type of management they would get rid or her and her bad attitude

Overall, it's a bad stay. I've never seen so many sketchy people in St. Albert, as I did just there. Dirty rooms. Won't go back.

The front staff at the desk are wonderful and very helpful, the buffet on the weekends is good and same with the restaurant as well.

we found dead bugs in our bedsheets and bed, and there is a bunch of little flying bugs in the corner of our room, that clearly have a nest disappointed that this wasn’t cleaned up before our stay.

Could not stay in this room it was not clean at all and the carpet was grossly stained and smelt went else where , the guy at the front desk was super nice though

Our main issue was security. The door to our room appeared close but was not. We had to actually pull it shut to make sure that it was both locked and secured . There was a lot of cigarette butts outside this hotel, there is also some garbage on the hallways that didn't seem to be ever picked up. Also, there was a smell of somebody smoking in their room in the hallway which was there the whole time of our stay. The whirlpool was not available, because it was broken. I'm not sure we would stay at this hotel again nor will we recommend it to our family and friends.
Safety: Our hotel door room did not lock or close. It seemed as though it had, but you could push it open anytime. Once we discovered this, we had to actually pull the door shut to hear it locked and secured before we left.

Paid 200+ for a jet bath room, it was not cleaned properly, there was damage and wallpaper peeling and it was definitely not worth half of what I paid. The jet tub was scuffed and was not near as appealing as the photos online

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The ac was a little louder than usual. Nice to have a fridge. Breakfast was good. The sound proofing is mediocre. For the price it was as expected. I would stay there again. The only negative is the restaurant closed before we got there at 6:45 pm. No USB ports in the room.
