I was met with a friendly helpful staff member and helped me find what I was looking for! Really made my day and I will be back for more clothes. Love that I can go into an actual clothing store to fit clothes on instead of buying online!!!

Gina is amazing. She is always helpful, respectful and kind. I feel welcomed.when I walk into the store. Most recently, she left a message on my phone about my order that had arrived. The message was amazing. Her voice was kind, and clear. When she left the phone number, I could actually hear each number. She dis not rattle it off but instead was very attentive and clear, and slow enough to understand!

I have been a Suzanne's shopper for years and recommended them to everyone I knew who was clothes shopping. Great clothes and great sales. Yesterday I changed that attitude. Signs and staff saying that there was a sweater sale! Great, since that is what I was shopping for. After deciding on two lovely sweaters, I was informed that one did not qualify for the discount because it was considered a "cowl" as marked on the tag. Oxford defines cowl as "a large loose hood, especially one forming part of a monk's habit.a monk's hooded, sleeveless habit.a cloak with wide sleeves worn by members of Benedictine orders." Another v-neck sweater was not qualified either although it was clearly a sweater as the Oxford dictionary defines a sweater as "a knitted garment typically with long sleeves, worn over the upper body." One other sweater WITH sleeves was described on its tag as a "poncho" so did not qualify.I went away VERY frustrated and angry and it will be a considerable time before I return to that store. I have added a picture of the item I purchased. You tell me if you think it is a sweater.

Hi, I just want to say that Suzanne's in St. Albert is great clothing store to shop at. The clothes are amazing, unique, and they carry a lot that is made in Canada. The staff are friendly and know their products.

Awesome little gem of a store! Papillion and Papa lines are Canadian and cost a lot more at other stores. Sales are amazing so is the variety of current season styles. Even their online website is colorful and user friendly with real size models. Don't go anywhere. Keep up the great work.

Love this store! A great variety of stylish apparel for women and constantly have lower pricing on certain selections. Pricing is fair..decent quality. And staff are very personable and helpful. A good store to go to for something different...and made in Canada items too!

Had a fantastic saleslady by the name of NICOLE, she knew exactly what I was looking for, even managed to help my husband pick out a really nice blouse to go with the 2 pairs of Nyguard pants.(cant find them anywhere, she was so helpful and understanding...best shopping experience in along time. We were at the Bay first and had bad customer service then decided to walk through the mall..Thank you Nicole hope to see you there again great customer service!! Dee & Rheal Sauve"
