Erik and Taylor have been so helpful and patient with myself and my mom since they took over Tirecraft. They've answered questions, done quick checks for no charge, are always friendly and polite.
The mechanics know their stuff, are efficient and skilled at what they do, and are also friendly and professional.
Any additional work that needs to be done is checked with me first, and in the case of things like filters, which are often changed as a scam, I'm shown exactly why they need to be changed and I give my approval before anything is done. Very impressed with the whole team there.

I have had a few amazing dealing with Tirecraft St Albert. The first was we had some work done by a competitor which kept persisting. TireCraft was able to determine the work was done incorrectly and was able to fix the 2 issues (which have not returned) I found them to be a very honest shop . From Taylor at the front who is great to deal with to the mechanics who do the work. I have always had a great experience here.

Had my tire fixed due to a nail being stuck in my tire causing for a low pressure tire. I must say, as a first time customer I had an amazing experience. Taylor and her crew were awesome, everything went smooth in-terms of booking an appointment, and communication. Definitely will be going back. I highly recommend this place for their excellent service and communication.

Fantastic service, and incredible transparency. From my first phone call onward, I had nothing but an amazing experience with the company. Taylor was caring, warm, and kind; helping me with any questions I had. I’m so happy I stumbled across this company, and I will be a loyal customer for as long as I can be. I would highly recommend this shop.

First time customer and I was very impressed. Excellent shop to deal with! Taylor and crew were awesome. They saved me hundreds of dollars by finding a used part and got me back on the road same day.

Our engine light went on, which also sets off some other warnings ⚠️ on our dash board. Tire Craft were able to look at it the same day. They phoned us back with the diagnostic and were able to get the part in. What she quoted was the price we paid. The gal at the front desk was very personable, professional and very welcoming. It should be noted that, we previously needed a tire repair and "just showed up" too and they accomodated us back then too. The dealership has changed hands, but the "good quality customer service remains the same".
Even our pooch would give this business 5 paws ? ?.

I never have such positive customer service experiences anywhere else than when I come here to Tirecraft. That’s why I drive out of my way to come into Saint Albert for all my vehicles maintenance. In a time where a lot of this is forgotten, it goes along way and why I feel it’s my duty to leave a review. Trust also goes a long way for me as a consumer and they have all of mine. They are completely upfront and will even take the time to explain what’s wrong. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic. No surprises, just good honest people that are good at what they do.

Had a flat tire and these guys said to come right in. When I got there, I found out I had a nail in the sidewall and that I needed new tires anyway. Well being just before Christmas I couldn't afford something really expensive. So Taylor went in the back and about 10 mins later came back out and said they had this super deal on a set of tires for me. I was able to pay for them mostly with cash I had on me. I was soo greatfull and appreciative of what Taylor did for me. I checked out the tires and they were practically brand new!!I will continue to come back here for their friendliness and Great customer service!!

Had a solid experience at Tirecraft St. Albert recently and figured I'd drop a quick review. The service there was honestly pretty great. The staff was cool, knew their stuff, and got things done without any drama. They laid out the tire options without going all pushy-sales on me, which I appreciated. Everything got sorted within the time they said, and the job was top-notch. If you're after no-nonsense, efficient tire service, I'd say Tirecraft is worth checking out.
