“Vary professionally operated business. State of the art security system to watch over all the facilities public area's entrances exit's & loading dock's to maximize the secure locker the renter pays for. And wait there more the professional dedication is not in the front office only a large thank you to the janitor of the cleanest storage facilities I personally have ever utilized in my lifetime. Hes work ethic and attention to a properly cleaned building is staying ahead of the renter before and after they complete their storage locker business to ensure a clean environment for the next person to arrive . “Staff are great. Trucks are more new.One thing does not make sense though...Why are the trucks governed at 104-106km/h, when most speed limits on highways outside edmonton are minimum 110km/hour???”
“I give a four star only because I can't give a storage place 5 stars because I don't agree with alot of their practices but anyways this location I was very afraid to rent at but had no choice at the time it seems really run down and I had issues with the locking door the first day then repaired it myself. So security seemed really flimsy. But the manager Kelly who resides on site was very professional and down to earth in all my dealings with her and that made things more acceptable. The fees are basically the same as everywhere else the hours are only until 9 pm which I didn't care for but the area I could understand for security reasons so again acceptable. There are no lights inside the unit which sucks but all in all Kelly makes the place seem like a good choice to trust the facility. They really should spend some money on the doors and locking mechs though not be so cheap with spending all on new locations and forgetting the places that help make the new places so fancy !”

“Rented a cube van on 3 separate occasions from this location. Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. My reservation is always held, the owner is actually quite friendly and flexible. His communication is style is fairly direct so maybe some people take it the wrong way.I’ve never had any problems here and it’s become my ‘go to’ because I deal with the same people everytime.”

“If you need to store anything, I would use this place.
Rachel (hopefully i got the name right) was the most delightful and helpful person I have had the pleasure of dealing with in a long time.
They are quite reasonably priced for the amenities that they offer. Loading and unloading indoors is honestly worth the extra. Plus, there is a bathroom.
If you get a bigger unit, you get to use their truck, which saved me a ton of money.
I will be using them again if I even need to store anything.”
