“Great customer service and great deals on phones
I went into the store looking to switch from my Koodo Pixel 6 to a Bell iPhone 15 Pro Max with 512gb storage. I was informed that they didn't have any in stock but they would order one in for me asap. After a few days I got the call my that phone was in. I did my research before hand and had my plan all figured out but when I went in to pick up my phone they were actually able to save me an extra $20/month. The staff said late after work to make sure everything was set up and good to go. After using the iPhone for a few days I learned it wasn't for me. The manager Sumaan was able to exchange the phone no problem and again stayed late to make sure everything was all good. The customer service was great and went above and beyond to make the whole process go smoothly.”
