Always love shopping here and love the deals and prices. I used to work for Mark's years ago and we were always told to approach customers who are browsing to see if they need help but in the number of times I've been there for the past several years, no one approached me. I had to find someone. Ah well, maybe it changed. Other than that, I will continue to shop there.

Went in to try on a high vis jacket.. they didn't have my size but arranged to have a larger one brought in from another store before I headed out back to my next shift. They facilitated the whole process and it went well! Very happy with the service

Most experiences have been exceptional. Most recently, a younger staff member with an entitled unprofessional attitude has clouded my perception. Not a good example of an employee to promote MWWH in St. Paul. Maybe the extra travel to Bonnyville MWWH would be beneficial to deal with smiling friendly staff...
