I paid for the service, but once I drove in, the wash system didn’t start at all. I had to leave without getting any service, and my money was wasted. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Don't come here purchase machine takes your money without getting a car wash there is refund machine is malfunctioned. I am sure they are aware. Nobody's here have the time to serve to answer the customers or return calls for this concern.

I was just at your car wash a purchases a $20 wash so I proceeded until it said stop n than told me to back up n move ahead n back up n move forward again n than it just stopped

Lots of soap but wow the bay is filthy never seen anything so bad. You’d think charging $20 for the top wash you could invest a little bit back into your business and give it a clean.

Not great to be honest…left most of the bugs on the front of the vehicle (including the backs of the mirrors) despite doing the bug pre-wash first for the extra cost and scrubbing ourselves. Did the Deluxe wash, one below the highest package. The running boards were still dusty when we came out the other side so definitely didn’t wash everywhere even though that package includes the under carriage. Not staffed, phoned the phone number posted multiple times and no answer.
