About Sobeys - St. Paul
Sobeys in St. Paul is a convenient and clean grocery store that offers a good shopping experience. The store is easy to find and well-maintained, with a nice appearance and a variety of products. It is known for having the best fresh seafood selection in town and generally provides a better quality selection compared to other local stores. The store staff are friendly and helpful, with employees willing to assist customers, such as helping load groceries or packaging special items like pigs feet. The produce is mostly good, although occasionally some items may be moldy or past their prime. However, the store has some drawbacks. The parking lot is problematic, with randomly placed cement bricks that can make parking difficult and potentially damage vehicles. The checkout process can be slow, with only two or three tills open, leading to long lines in a small aisle. Prices are considered somewhat higher, making it less budget-friendly compared to other options like Extra Foods or Co-op. Despite these issues, some shoppers continue to frequent Sobeys because they appreciate certain products it carries and the overall environment. Overall, Sobeys provides a decent shopping experience with helpful staff and quality products, though improvements in parking and checkout efficiency could enhance customer satisfaction.

This is a great store don't get me wrong but the one thing that I hate about this store is the parking lot. For some reason there are a bunch of cement bricks randomly placed around the parking lot not forming any pattern at all. My review will change when those are changed...

Convenient, clean store. Easy to find things. Kind of pricey but everywhere is like that. I continue to shop here because they carry certain products that I like.
