Aspen Ford sold me a vehicle that had been driven an additional 10000km+ since a mechanical inspection happened. This is against the consumer protection act law. I found mouse poo in my air filter. I phoned several times to let them know my automatic starter wasnt wworking and my vehicle was sounding funny (belt was fully worn through). They tried to make me pay for repairs when they hadnt iinspected the vehicle properly in the first place. They also doctored the kms on the bill of sale.

After our vehicle began having issues just before getting to Stettler (on our way to Ont), the staff were exceptional in getting a diagnosis, parts that were needed and the work completed. From the time we limped in the dealership, until we were on our way, was 2 quick hours!!! Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome as well as getting us back on the road. Exceptional service!!! Thank You

Love this dealership they made buying my car easy and no fuss. And when I broke down and had issues with another dealership they went above and beyond to get my car up and going again in record time. Thank you Aspen Ford for all your help
