World class awful service and support.
Sold me a service I could not use. Multiple phone calls on my part to sort it out. Always a different person with a promise someone would return my call. They didn't. Flash fwd a month, they start charging me for this service. Called them back, refused to issue refund, then said a 'manager' would phone me. Same day, had three phone calls. First hung-up when I picked up...then the automated phone survey came on asking how they did (that was the piece de resistance for me!). Second call was automated stated I was overdrawn and I needed to fund my account ASAP. Third was a human. I closed my accounts that day.
I was a new ATB customer looking to transfer all of my banking away from one of the big Toronto firms...on second though, better the devil you know....

Had $10,000 taken from our business account fraudulently and the branch manager was absolutely horrendous to deal with. No sympathy, no assistance. We have been banking there since 2007 with nothing similar happening but apparently your history with the bank doesn't matter. Ongoing for 2 months now with no resolution and we have to constantly reach out, never getting return calls or consistent updates. Better off to carry all your worldly cash in your pocket, at least you can fight off a mugger rather than deal with ATB. Their 100% money back guarantee is bull

This is the second time now where I have deposited cash in the drive thru atm and almost 4 days later its still not deposited into my account. The first time someone missed it and a couple weeks later I called. Good thing I phoned them or else who knows if It would ever have gone in to my account. I just switched to atb and I now plan on changing banks because of this hassle. I also find they are not friendly In this branch compared to my previous bank .
