I have now been struggling with Scotiabank for 6 weeks trying to sort out our credit cards. It has been an ongoing time-wasting nightmare. I have already paid card and account fees on a credit card I haven't even received yet. And to get a hold of someone in the bank by phone is the most tedious exercise ever. How I need be on hold for over 20 minutes - and I am still on hold as I am typing this review - to talk to someone in a small town bank is beyond me. Not to mention holding for hours over a two day span to get a hold of someone at the national call centre. Terrible, terrible, inefficient customer service.
