The staff almost never asks if I want to use my points. I get the minimal level of acknowledgment, there is one clerk who is decent, but the shorter lady who looks like a manager is by far the rudest. I thought she worked in a convenience store but it seems like I'm doing her an inconvenience by talking to her. I think if they were in a less affluent neighborhood, people would be a lot less tolerant of it. But I well strongly suspect people who look well off get treated differently than people who do not. That's why I rarely go to this one. I'll go further to the other 7-Eleven in town to not deal with this one. It's also usually the standard for the neighborhood for high price of gas.
It is a convenient place to get actually cold pop versus having to go a big box store that doesn't sell cold ones except for ridiculously high prices for individual servings.

We have been going here for a couple years now and have always had good experiences. Today, I was there in the car wash when it suddenly stopped working mid wash. I called the store and a lady said she would be right out to restart the wash.
She ran, I hoped the time that she wouldn’t slip on the ice just to restart the wash, but I was so impressed with her hustle. After that, the car wash worked just fine.
I’ve seen a few bad reviews and to each their own, but I’ve always had good customer service here. The only negative thing I can say is that occasionally the receipts won’t print out of the pumps but that’s a mechanical issue and not their fault.

Awful location. My boyfriend has been doing work on an acreage nearby, so we have been stopping in regularly. The male employee around 6pm August 7 was incredibly rude, and demanded ID in a horrible tone before treating them like they weren't real. We are 26 and 28, my boyfriend being heavily bearded and both our IDs being drivers licenses from Alberta. He then proceeded to know nothing about the type of cigarette we asked for, and grunted and huffed his way over to get us our food after being disappointed in the fact he couldn't refuse the sale. ???? This isn't a club, it's a 7 Eleven, and even if we did appear underage, which I don't think we do, you could at least be kind before barking the words ID at us and treating us like criminals.

Called to ask what kind of pizza they had, she said bacon and pepperoni, I then asked no butter chicken she said no , I then said sorry that’s the I was looking for and before I could say anything else she sighed and hung up on me, worst service ever!

Worse staff/customer service experience. Get discriminated for what you go to purchase. Only time I ever appreciate going is when one staff member is there. Always good and respectful name starts with a G. Probably going to different store for now on .

Myself and two others got food poisoning after having the BBQ chicken sandwiches from this location. Halfway through eating realized the meat was pink, spent the next 3 days sick. They didn't seem to care too much when I called to let them know. Reported to AHS, won't ever be doing any sort of business with this location again.

Awful customer service. I as a customer shouldn’t have to feel like I’m kissing feet to order from the only place at 3-4 am that can make any kind of food. And please while your hand washing is much appreciated. Keep in mind. you do have 6 waiting customers and doing your hand washing 3 times for full two minutes made me think “you must be kidding!!!” while the very first customer (ME) never got his order fulfilled. Worst sev employee hands down. Morning lady You earned it ??????

Went for a car wash, the pump didn't offer the option to buy a wash. So I went in after filling up and was told I had to pay full price. 8.99 instead of 6.99. Misleading advertising THE SIGN SAYS IF WE FORGET TO ASK, ITS FREE. Even though I live close , I'm not going back there,

It's a petro station with all the goodies of a gas station don't look to do your grocer shop but some unsavory treats are here.store was clean and staff were helpful ..enjoy your community 7-11 in one been in them all!

Female staff at this location do not know how to do their job at are very rude the male staff seem to be quite nice and know how to do their job quite well
