This is my branch, unfortunately. Walked in there with a significant bank draft. Asked them to verify because the machine I was selling was about to leave my yard. Manager claimed the bank who issued the draft does not verify… later on called said bank and they said they do verify. Manager said she couldn’t take that sort of risk, when all she had to do was pick up the phone and connect the dots like one does with a bank draft. ZERO RISK! Ironically had no problem letting me take all the risk. To the sum of $35000. Thanks ATB.

My account was hacked and I was never reimbursed the money that was stollen. Not sure how it is my fault. They also never answer the phone and I work 8-5 so it is hard to go in. Also hold my cheques longer then needed when I need to use my money.
