DO NOT GO HERE! These guys are straight up THIEVES! The manager just overcharged me $10 and tried not to give me my receipt. When I told him he overcharged me he tried to argue over a price that was clearly listed on a product. It wasn't until I asked for all my money back when he finally fixed his little scheme, a manager too!

I love stopping Herr after work as it's on my way home and they always offer great selections but there have been a few times where I've stood at the counter waiting for someone to come process my purchases and I've had to yell out to get the guy to come out from the back. And there have been times where there's a "back in 15" note taped to the door and I waited for 15 and still no one came to unlock the door. I've watched at least 10 people come and go because no one came back to unlock the door for over 15. Not sure if it's a staffing issue but it certainly doesn't look good to lose that many customers.
