I also appreciated just having time and space to "be and shop" and not be pressured by "you still doing okay/can I help you/your hands look full" etc.I also really appreciated that they do gift wrapping! Adorable pink paper and a gift bag, very rare these days and SO appreciated.”

“Not only do I LOVE this boutique and their selection of thee cutest clothes and accessories, but the owner, Casey-Ann, has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve purchased a number of pieces from her shop, and when there was a small defect with one of the pieces after wearing it twice, she offered me a full refund (which is practically unheard of, and I didn’t ask for one either!!) and was ever so sweet to deal with.10/10 will be continuing to purchase items from Louilla and can’t recommend it enough! Such a treat to have such a cute shop in Stony!!”
