The Service department is top notch! A+++ The customer service level is amazing!
I bought my Chevy Colorado December 2023, from a different dealership. Only reason stock was very hard to find anywhere in Alberta, at that time. That dealership is over an hour away from my home, so it’s a bit far to get service work done.
But I live closest to the Competition Chev Dealership. I brought my truck to this dealership for the first oil change & all oil changes since then. Plus they have taken care of any recalls with no issues at all.
My husband will be in the market for a new truck within the next year or so & we will for sure becoming to Competition to buy his truck. Simply because of amazing the service department is.

On our way home to the lower 48 from AK, about 25 miles west of Spruce Grove, our low oil light came on in our 2024 Chevrolet 3500HD truck. It was 4:30pm on the Friday of Labor Day weekend. We dropped the camper at the campground and my husband immediately headed to Competition Chevrolet for help. Although everyone from the service department had left for the long weekend, Jerry, the shop foreman, was still on site. He volunteered to take a look at our truck! I won’t go into all of the mechanical details, but Jerry was able to help us, did a complementary oil change (under warranty) and sold us extra quarts of oil, just in case. We truly cannot thank Jerry and this Chevrolet dealer for helping us on our journey! There are very good and generous people in our big world and Jerry is one of them! Thank you Jerry! ??

Broke down with our RV on the highway six minutes away. Limped into Competition Chev an hour or so before they closed. They hotshot the part in from another dealership that had it in stock and accommodated me with our restless little kids in the waiting room until it arrived. They saved our only summer vacation! Very grateful for their team and service.

Bennett and staff are not normal salesman, they are great! Been having some issues with other dealerships repairs and GM itself, Bennett has been putting in the extra effort to right the wrongs of the other shortfalls. Really happy I bought a truck here with Bennett! Thanks Bennett!

This is a long overdue review. Bennett with Competition Chev. in Stony Plain, was an absolute pleasure to work with. We visited the dealership and worked with Bennett providing him the parameters of what we were looking for in a used vehicle. He was able to find exactly what we were looking for in a timely fashion. It was an exceptional buying experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Bennett and Competition Chevrolet Ltd.

Fantastic and friendly service. We were driving through the area to head on an holiday and started having issues with our DEF. Tom, the service manager got us in right away and had us on our way in less than two hours. He went above and beyond to make sure our issues were resolved so we could continue on our trip. Thanks for the quick service!

Service was very good but the prices are ridiculous. 170.00 per hour. I told them what was wrong with my car and they still charged me for diagnosis.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new pickup from Competition Chevrolet. I had tried dealing with some other dealerships in and around Edmonton area and was not happy with my experience.
Flash forward to contacting Competition and being put in touch with one of their salesmen, Lon. He was an absolute gem to deal with! Let him know what I was looking for in a truck and he took the time to tell me about what was on the lot that met my needs. I travelled out to Stoney and seemlessly made a committment to the truck I had chose.
Never have I had such a experience when purchasing a vehicle. Great to deal with a family run dealership and not one of the conglomerates. You can really tell the difference in how you are treated.

I have never been treated so amazingly, all the staff there has excellent customer service, You can truly see and feel that everyone at the Stony Plain Chevy dealership puts themselves in your shoes.
The way that I have been taken care of is truly remarkable and outstanding.
Tom has gone over and beyond to help me with my issues that I have been having with my Trailblazer he truly does care about his customers it’s really nice to have someone who can understand the frustration that I am dealing with. Tom and his team *(family) truly make this situation a lot easier for me knowing that I am in good hands and that I will be taken care of.

My son and myself where in here today to have a look at a truck ... I've never met so Rude and inconsiderate Sales person in all my life .. basically said .. pay what I say it's worth .. if you don't wanna pay it get out .. We've never been in this dealership B4 . And we won't be back. I'll take my cash somewhere else.. there's lots of trucks around and a lot more friendly dealerships. .. . But I guess it would explain why the dealership was empty of customer's. A Saturday and nobody in the place that should have been our 1st hint to Run
