Went in for wings tonite(suppose to be wing nite!)got my usual salt and pepper wings only to find that I had been charged usual price, these 2 out of three Filipinos are not capable of figuring the prices!They won't be good for business!

I visit here every time I go to Calgary. I have always found the store clean and the staff friendly. Sometimes, later in the evening, the hot food selection can get a bit low, but still enjoy going here.

I made sure remember her name for the purpose of this review. The employee Erica is always a pleasure to be served by. Her customer service skills are impeccable and her she always has a positive attitude with both the staff and customers. She always seems happy to help no matter the situation, and seems to add a personal touch to each person by making them laugh, learning regulars names, remembering what they regularly get and offering it to them.

The best Chicken Wings in Canada , awesome service always a smile , good selection of drinks, treats, food , munchies, really tasty always ready hot food …. One stop shop from lotto to gas and diesle 7-11 keep up the good work ????❤️?

Your employee’s show no professionalism. I noticed the older cashier Asian woman had mistakenly charged an extra $8 on top of what I originally owed— I communicated with a calm tone and approach, she tried to deny this purchase when I could clearly see on the reward point screen that she charged me extra. Instead of trying to hear me out, she let another cashier take over and unprofessionally laughed with a customer that commented (in front of me) that I was being difficult. The other cashier fixed the error and took off the extra charge. I wasn’t aware that trying not to be scammed at 7-11 was considered “difficult” to your customers— there wasn’t any need for the cashier to publicly take part in insulting me for trying not be charged extra.

I went there to grab my pickup order. In the app it was saying it’s ready for pickup. However, I was still late by 15 mins. I walked through cashier and told her(blonde lady) that I have pick up order and she was surprised, she said oh really? Then she ask 2 philipino ladies. They said we are making it. I thought okay I will wait then I stood in front of them and they took half an hour to give my food. Still in the bag 4 items were missing and they also messed up with my slushy. I went back and the phillipino ladies were staring at me I told them where is my missing order they said oh we don’t have these items. And they were starting to talk with their language and ignored me.
7-11 AUDIT TEAM SHOULD TAKE AN INVESTIGATION FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT. They don’t know how to do that. Even school girls or boys manage very well then them. SUCH UNETHICAL AND RUDE BEHAVIOUR.

Amazing staff working this evening at 4am on Feb 26th, amazing service, quality worker, deserves management position AND PROTECTION. Issue though. No single woman should ever be working alone at a 7-11 during nightshift........OR MANCleanest bathroom and Cafe counter. But allowing a worker to be alone is ATROCIOUS! UNSAFE AND SHOWCASES A LACK OF CONCERN BY 7 11 MANAGEMENT, SUPER UNIMPRESSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE!I will be following up with this issue, and be back within the week.

The car wash at this location malfunctioned with our car inside. The brush came down and damaged the passenger door side, now it wont open. The carwash stopped mid cycle and main door opened, my husband drove out covered in suds, The company says car wash is working fine! They refuse to fix the damage. This may be an intermittent problem but it is still a problem do not risk your car as you can not trust this company to do the right thing!

I was traveling from Toronto to Calgary, where i stopped at this place. Store was ok just kind of clean i would say but as soon as i entered men’s washroom it was stinky & dirty i think they hardly do the proper cleaning. But that was not the end as i went to buy some food for myself i saw 2 philippino lady talking in there own language hardly bothered about how customer feels. I was then going to order a car wash but thought to skip it. I hope this feedback can make your business better.
