I can’t express enough my satisfaction and happiness with this amazing team. They are true professionals at what they do. I took my dog, Toffee, for a dental deep cleaning and some tooth extractions. All the doctors and receptionists took care of Toffee with professionalism, kindness, and love. The price was also very fair. They did an excellent job, and Toffee was doing great. Even on the same day as the surgery. Highly recommended! One of the best experiences ever.

Each and every staff member I had the pleasure to deal with has been wonderful. When I would call in to book appointments, ask questions or bring my dog in for care they went above and beyond. We had to put our dog down a few weeks ago and their compassion and the way they helped me through the process made it just a bit easier to manage. I always recommend this vet when people ask and I will continue to take my pets here.

I need to get my pomeranians hernia fixed. I was led to believe Strathmore had more reasonable vet prices. I was wrong. lucky to get out with the shirt on my back, When the building interior is nicer than most human medical clinics, you know its the wrong place to go as you will be paying for their giant overhead bills. Have to keep searching for places more reasonable. I asked them if they can fix a hernia and neuter and they said yes, I gave the 50.00 deposit over the phone for an appointment a week later. Did not ask about the hernia. When i got all the way out there they said they cant fix a perineal hernia, I don't know the difference, so i got the neutering done. Adding all the bells and whistles on the bill, nail trim, exam new client (jingle the balls) $98.00, castration, castration under 10kg $350.00, Methadone, Pain medication included, fluids-routine surgical (they said he had a catheter removed), exam no charge? Added the bill way up. I believe they over charge by 250, Just to neuter bill $483.67. I could have had the neutering done in forest lawn for much less. My cat was 200. When I arrive back in Calgary with dog later that day, the text that my dogs favorite comfort toy was still there. Maybe they could deliver my dogs stuffed toy back to Calgary? They did get more than enough money for their service. cant go back a third time in one day or again.

Very good place , but only thing I dislike is there’s no 24 hour care for emergency’s in town and the animal care it’s closed Sundays , so I had to drive my dog all the ways to the city for a serious medical issues he’s been having, but he sadly he was far too gone once we got to the vet and he died😢 I totally think he would be ok if if there was something in town that was pet emergency .

I have a dog with a medical condition that would have cost me (quoted) $1200+ to get her spayed. I reached out to this clinic to see if they were comfortable working with my dog and they happily took us on as a client. The clinic was clean and smelled nice, all the staff were kind and friendly as well. The vet was concise but answered all my questions without speaking down her nose at me, she was awesome! The techs were sweet and complimentary of my dog which I appreciated.
I liked how everything was online the day before, and I loved getting a very clear estimate that was true to price.
My dog is home recovering now and I'm pleased with the condition they sent her home in. I was also thrilled to get the picture text only hours after I dropped her off for surgery. Very very happy and will absolutely recommend this clinic in the future.

I am completely disgusted with this facility. My mother brought a small kitten into the hospital on Monday. The kittens eye was removed and she had a couple surgeries. I CAN’T BELIEVE the condition the kitten was sent home in. Absolutely disgusting. The kitten was bitten by a dog on the skull and has neurological brain damage. If I were the vet, I would have put that kitten down and put her out of her pain. That family listened all night to that kitten throw herself around and flop and cry. Until she had a seizure and passed away at 3 am. The entire family has been traumatized and a poor little girl who just got the kitten for Easter is now looking upon a distraught animal, with stitched, shaved head, missing an eye and a completely different cat. How inhumane and disgusting of the vet to allow that animal to suffer and not have made the right call in letting her go in peace. That animal suffered all night!!!! It would appear to me that the hospital ONLY CARED ABOUT THE MONEY!!! You people are terrible. I hope you understand how traumatized everyone is in the house. That animal should have been put to sleep!

i phoned concerned about my dog Drake and they accommodated me by setting up an appointment the next day! I received nothing but the best of courteous service and professionalism from all the staff and relieved after the tests my dog was fine. . This is in my opinion the best place to take your furry friends.
Many thanks.
