“Laurina Mettern, she is very amazing person I have ever met. At that time, I was very stressed out and didn't want to talk to anybody and my face was very unfriendly I believe. I needed strong ice coffee to calm myself, but I had no idea how to use an ice coffee machine at seven eleven store. I was about giving up to get coffee and moving on. She approached me very kindly and friendly, I slowly opened my mind to her and asked her help. She explained how to make an ice coffee and also her favorite drink matcha latte as well. I had a bad day but her great customer service made me a day. I really appreciate her assistance and lovely smile.”

“I visit here every time I go to Calgary. I have always found the store clean and the staff friendly. Sometimes, later in the evening, the hot food selection can get a bit low, but still enjoy going here.”
