The ladies there were wonderful!!!! They were super helpful with making sure my pup had the proper booties to get her paws warm this winter. They are always super friendly and just always an amazing and great experience when I visit the store for my pup!

I love this location and the team there. It is so great to be able to take my dogs there and bath them! It’s amazing that they provide everything to get them clean, and it’s still so reasonably priced.

Extremely disappointing. There was a sign out front stating self serve dog wash was available. When I went in to take my dog for a bath they said they had just cleaned it for the night and it was closed. They said they were closing in 2 hours so the bath was no longer available. They should be advertising the times they have the dog wash open instead of leaving a sign outside stating it’s open then saying it is closed.

I came here to get my dog a bone and look for a better collar. I spoke with Hanna. She was very friendly and very helpful. Thanks Hanna, you've gained a customer and I will be back again!●UPDATED● I had to return to get my dog flea treatment and was helped by Anna today. Zero pet first aid in the store. No vet wrap, proper sized pawz, qwik stop, gauze, cotton pads... nothing at all. Waste of a drive in.

This place is ran by teenage girls that have no respect for younger kids and do not move from the front desk. They act busy typing and ignore you when you ask a question.

went to go get a fish for my friend because she was really depressed but the girls there would not let us in and just kept discriminating us. we literally took the time to call someone else so that we can get this fish for a friend because she really needed it but the girls locked us out with five minutes to left on the clock. we understand that it was near closing time, but we still had the time to buy what we needed to and it really bummed us out that we couldn’t get what we wanted for our depressed friend. The employees there were also really rude, they had a bad tone, and overall did not seem very welcoming. It was not a good experience even trying to shop there, even though we couldn’t because they locked us out so we didn’t shop there, never will shop there.
