“I stopped in to get a vibration checked on my GMC Terrain, and the tech William went above and beyond. He didn't rush it, didn't try to upsell anything, and actually took the time to diagnose what was really going on.
He found a weird hop wear on the tire and explained that it was caused by worn rear shocks - something another shop completely missed. He even showed me the machine results and wrote everything down on the invoice so I had proper documentation. He didn't try to charge me for anything I didn't need, and didn't even charge me for the test.
This is exactly why I keep coming back to this Kal Tire.
