I was on my way to school and got a flat tire because of a nail when driving through town. They got me in immediately and fixed my tire within a couple minutes.Exceptional customer service! Highly recommend the Integra Tire team!

We were stuck in Sundre with a bad tire situation and honestly didn’t know what to do. Other shops we called just said “no stock, sorry, bye.” But Integra Tire was completely different.
From the receptionist to the techs, everyone went out of their way to actually help us. They didn’t try to upsell or push two new tires, they just focused on finding something to get us safe and back on the road. They dug through their stock, called us back, and found a solution that worked, all for a very affordable price!
That’s community right there. They could’ve made it about money, but instead they showed real concern for us as people. To me, that’s what makes clients for life, not just customers. I’m really thankful for how they treated us and I’ll never forget it.
If you ever need tire help around Sundre, this is the place to go.

THE CREW AT THIS SHOP ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST! THAT MAX WAS THE MOST HORRENDOUS ACTING EMPLOYEE I HAVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF DEALING WITH! NEVER EVER COME HERE GO TO LITERIALLY ANY OTHER TIRE STORE!

Had brake issue on our way home from camp. Gave them a call and got my truck in the shop as soon as we got here. Parts were ordered before we got here. Awesome team of mechanics. Thanks for looking after my truck.

Picked up a nail heading home from an offroad race. Stopped in at the shop 5 minutes before closing on a Saturday afternoon and they very kindly had the tire repaired and had us on our way in 20 minutes.
Highly recommend this shop-thanks guys!

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Our family is traveling from a 3 night stay in Rocky down to Bragg Creek then on to Waterton. When we were rigging out om Canada Day from our Rocky location and we found that one of our dually tires was flat from taking a piece of metal into the tire. Our spare was non usable as well. We phoned 4 places in Rocky, none were able to assist. Contacted Integra Tire and Auto Centre in Sundre and they had someone go to the store to see what they had in stock. Had 2 of the size we need. We placed a spare tire on our unit from friends who were traveling with us in their motorhome also, luckily, same tire and rim size. Got to Sundre and staff member Thomas was awesome. I'm sure we affected his plans for Canada Day but he was extremely friendly, accommodating and just all around good guy who helped a family be able to carry on with their holiday plans. Feel super appreciative that Thomas and the company were willing to do that for us. They were really fair with the pricing too considering the stat holiday. Thank you fellas

The shop guys worked quickly which was appreciated but I’m bummed that they scratched up my rim when I came in to get a tire patched. It’s just minor and cosmetic but I’m not pleased that there was any damage done at all and nothing was mentioned. I noticed it right when I got home afterwards. I’ve never once gouged my own rim in all the times I’ve taken off my own tires. The tire repair worked though so that part was done well which I appreciate. Would go to another shop in the future.
