We have obtained the services of Tom and Debra, to sell our acreage, to buy our new home and to sell our condo. Throughout all of the transactions they made sure everything went smoothly. Even with the hurdles we thru at them and always on our timeline. I can't say enough for the professionalism they showed and the genuine caring they showed throughout. Top notch for sure.

We had a great experience with our realtors at CIR and will use them again for other home/property, buying/selling needs. The CIR website was a little tricky to navigate and we found we used other websites to look at homes/properties.

I just recall that they invited us to have a great dinner years ago even though we were not their client.We had a very good conversation and Tom gave us a great impression how to overcome the challenginglife hazard. I never forget his kind and wise advice which helped us out to move on the new life.Today, while I was talking about our past journey to my son, I think of them with a great respect.

I love the place. It still needs many repairs to fences and trailer that are not done yet. I would definitely live in Sundre Alberta again if opportunity presented itself.

Deb scheduled a viewing on my home, thru my realtor.I was given 6.5 hours notice on this viewing to have a "no show" within their alloted time frame. They Showed up 36mins afterwards!When I asked my realtor what happened and who's fault this was cause I may of lost a sale because of their negligence. She responded the shingles needed to be done and theres no alley way.That information was stated on the listing, possibly the showing realtor was going to use my home as a comparable and/or never looked over the specs prior to recommending it.Due to them showing up late,they were unable to access into the home, therefore they judged the house based off the outside....wasting my time.
