“Had my truck in a bit ago about a shake I have been chasing and went to 2 other shops that never could find the issue. We'll there shop did it's 80% gone now the last 20 should be gone once I put new rubbers on it. Buyer beware duratrac tires are junk.
Finally a shop that tested the front end properly as well noticed my rims were shot on the flange. Something another well like tire shop must have missed a few times when I complained about balance issues.

“Recently, I had a problem with a tire that I took to Fountain Tire Sylvan lake for repair. I didn’t think the tire was properly repaired and rather than make a scene, I wrote a review indicating my disappointment in the shop. The owner contacted me and owned the error, which was properly repaired in a quick and efficient manner. The owner didn’t look to blame his staff while arranging to fix the tire. It is obvious that fountain tire in Sylvan lake does put customer service in a high priority. I will continue to buy all my tires and have my brakes serviced at fountain tire, cause customer service goes a long long way.”

“I had my car fixed here a few times over the years and it’s always been great.
Recently I had a part break that was replaced by Tim a couple years ago now. I however was not in town to take the car to him, so Tim then called the supplier and they managed to get me a new part shipped out to my location the next day with no cost besides shipping!
This saved my but big time. Huge thank you to the amazing people who run this place and the great people over at their supply warehouse. Will forever recommend this place to friends and family.
