This is my favourite convenient store in Sylvan. I’ve been coming here for years. It’s right down by the lake. I moved to the other end of town and still continue to come here. The owner is super nice and friendly, they all treat you very well. I always buy my lottery tickets here. If I ever hit the jackpot they will definitely be rewarded for their kindness! ✨

My go to convienent store! Harry is awesome and this is the most friendly family owned convienent store in Sylvan Lake aswell as the cheapest!Max-11 is close to the lake for in the summer when you need to grab some snacks while you're enjoying the beach and you won't be disappointed with the customer service recieved. I’ve been a regular here for various things over a few years now and honestly, I love the service, selection, and atmosphere. Plus, ever since their store expansion, they’ve had a pretty unbeatable selection of everything. I recommend this convenience store over everyone else in Sylvan, even the big name ones. Keep up the great work guys!

Unfortunately most convenience stores are run by under paid, over tired staff and the customer service is not top notch. This place was totally a different story, very friendly staff and great customer service. Max stores are wiped out in Calgary, good to see a great one in sylvan lake.
