As a fellow small business owner, I can relate to the challenges a lot of our local businesses are struggling through. Today, I was able to stop in our local consignment shop. I can’t say enough good things about Once Again Consignment. From the warm and welcoming atmosphere to the exceptional service, Janette has an incredible little shop. If you’re looking for a local gem, look no further! Rather than going into Red Deer to support big business conglomerates, I would recommend considering supporting local and dropping your items and shopping at Once Again.

I wasn't told that the owner won't take clothes if you have pets in your home.The were clean but had some dog hair on them, which is hard even after washing to get pet hair completely off the clothes. I found out 3 days later & my husband had to pick up the bag of clothing. It would have been nice to know this at the start.

I came in the store to checked out what they got for my girlfriend and ended up buying a lot of nice clothes that my girlfriend loved. I was welcomed by the staff and they made me feel very comfortable:. They were very kind and helpful.. I highly recommend to check out the store ??????

I love this store! The staff is welcoming and helpful, and the store is beautiful (I love the artwork!) and very clean. They have a wide selection of items, and are fairly size inclusive which is nice. It's the perfect second-hand shopping spot in Sylvan!

my daughter(15) and her boyfriend(16) went to there store to look at a few things and there works there would not leave there side they were uncomfortable even sitting outside being looked out they keep asking my daughter question that we’re unreasonable they were very pushy when my daughter said no to trying things on and to items she wasn’t interested in. Which they have also been called out for targeting teenage girls for “stealing” when they have not.
